The dish sounds like  a normal fish curry, but it’s quite different.The  coconut milk  is a  main ingredient of the dish. The name of Idiyappam is noolappam. The dish is made with the combination of  rice flour, salt and water.  Idiyappam  looks like a Dosa .It is a breakfast dish, which is quite heavy because of its fillings. Though Idiyappam and Egg Curry are eaten together, but Idiyappam can be eaten with others curries as well.
